How to make your own Candy Cane Latte at home
Ingredients:
- 2 shots espresso (2oz)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 oz peppermint syrup
- Crushes candy cane sprinkles
- Milk Frother
Instructions:
- Add 1 pump of peppermint syrup to a mug
- Brew 2 shots of espresso
- In a small saucepan over low heat, steam milk, stirring frequently until silky
- Once the milk reaches 70 degrees, remove from heat and transfer into a glass measuring cup. Gently tap it on the counter to break uo any milk bubbles
- Froth the milk to create some foam
- Pour milk over espresso, using a spoon to hold back the foam
- Top off with the reserved foam, whipped cream and then sprinkle candy cane pieces on top
